Shared Student HMO Houses & Flats

Modern, safe, secure and affordable. All our hmo student accommodation adheres to the current Safety Regulations. Most student bedrooms come furnished with double bed, desk and chair (you'll be needing those !), wardrobes and chest of drawers as a minimum.

Fully equipped kitchens normally include cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine – we're afraid you are responsible for your own domestic chores however!!

Lounge areas will have seating appropriate to the number of students and are normally ready to receive Sky TV or Virgin Media (Students must sign up and pay for these services if required).

All properties will normally have electric or gas central heating and bathroom facilities in accordance with local hmo regulations.

Bills Included

The vast majority of managed properties now come with utility bills included in the rent, but make sure you ask about this when viewing properties. The normal utilities will include Gas, Water & Electric, but you can ask to add other utilities such as Superfast Broadband and TV License to be included in the rent also. The rent will be increased accordingly to cover these additional services. Fair usage policies are in place to prevent abuse of the utilities inclusive deals.

Premium Executive Student Accommodation

If you're looking for that extra little bit of exuberance during your stay in Swansea, we are able to offer some very high spec properties. Whether it be an apartment in one of the new high rise City Centre blocks or in the Marina, or a shared HMO house where the landlord has gone that extra mile to provide a home from home we can accommodate your needs. These properties do attract a premium rent and are proving very popular.

You must call a Locksmith and pay for the call out, or wait until the next working day to call into the office. We appreciate it is an inconvenience but it is not classed as an emergency.

Please note: Out of hours call outs that are not deemed an emergency will automatically be charged to the Tenant.
